MOVEMENT WORKSHOPS
These collections of tried and true Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lessons aim to enhance whole-body awareness for greater ease in playing. Each workshop includes a PDF handout of helpful reminders.
SHOULDERS
This workshop features three classic Awareness Through Movement lessons that work with connection between shoulders and the rest of the body.
BREATHING
This workshop features three lessons on breathing, addressing anatomy, rhythm, and attention. It finishes off with a PDF of six etudes for piano intended to deepen your understanding of breath.
POSTURE
This workshop includes four lessons; two on the floor, and two seated in a chair. These are intended to help you find fluid, responsive posture that will enable you to feel free at the piano and in life!
